Description The objective of the LL.M. Program International Banking, Finance and Insurance Law is to offer a demanding, practice-oriented graduate study in the area of international business law. The subjects offered are oriented towards the legal demands of a globalized economy. Particular emphasis is put on European business law. Further emphasis is put on questions raised within the field of international business law. The international aspect of the course is also reflected by the international nature of our faculty, by the number of international students and through cooperation with internationally renowned universities in the USA (New Orleans) and China (Hong Kong).
The LL.M. Program International Economic and Business Law is comprised of a basic course and four specialization courses. The basic course is composed of 14 modules that include mandatory and elective areas of study. The specialization courses are composed of three modules.
The entire course of study is comprised of approximately 420 lectures.

Should you be interested in a work-based study course there is the possibility to complete the LL.M. in International Banking, Finance and Insurance Law as a Part-Time postgraduate program in 4 semesters (+ thesis).
