This part-time program provides in-depth knowledge of the four governance areas of family businesses and high-net-worth families: family, ownership, business, and wealth governance. Topics covered include family strategy, family dynamics, communication and conflict management, ownership structures, corporate governance, wealth management, law, taxes, financing, philanthropy, art, as well as issues related to succession, initial public offerings (IPOs), sales, and liquidation. |

Beschreibung |
The CAS Program prepares professionals, advisors and family members for the complex task of advising and supporting family businesses and wealthy families. Participants gain comprehensive expertise and practical skills to develop and implement professional strategies across the four governance dimensions – Family, Ownership, Business and Wealth Governance. All content is taught through real-life case studies to forster hands-on advisory competence in addition to theoretical knowledge. |
