The Course is intended for lawyers and attorneys-at-law who wish to gain an in-depth knowledge in this field for their professional careers.
The CAS is conducted entirely in English.

The Course in International Banking, Finance and Insurance Law offers an advanced education in national and international financial markets. It consists of two modules: Module 1 incorporates the Swiss, European and international financial market framework for banking, investment services and insurance. This module also focuses on international organizations and their regulations, the basis for regulation, and the characteristics of the most important financial markets. Module 2 consists of an in-depth study of the regulation of market participants, financial services, and the marketing of financial products as well as the relevant treaties.
The CAS can also be attended as a specialization course within the framework of an LL.M. International Business Law.

Registration Deadline: April 30, 2023. Non-swiss or non-EU residents should submit their application as early as possible, as the visa process can take up to 6 months.
