Description |
This CAS is run on a part-time basis (friday afternoon and saturday morning), aiming to provide current and future inhouse counsels the relevant skills to further improve their specific know-how in order to qualify for a position as general counsel. Teaching areas include elements like legal strategy, compliance, risk management, corporate governance, contract drafting, litigation and dispute management. The participants will be taught competences in personal and leadership effectiveness, project management and people management, which are necessary to become a successful company lawyer. Teachers will be renowned experts from the practice and academia. The course language is English. |
